I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, even though it wasn’t on the exact day, but unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t make me feel particularly valued for my celebration. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful."

"The stay was good and the staff in the restaurants and foodservice area were fantastic. Hotel a bit dated and needs a bit of a refurbishment. Reception staff not as helpful, beware of the taxi operators at the hotel they will rip you off. Go to the street tourist operators and negotiate a better deal."
