"Service was top notch. Room was elegant-modern with rain-shower style shower and brass fittings. Five to ten minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Great view facing the ocean. Saturday night it can get busy out front which brings some noise but it felt more like background noise and didn't keep me up."

"This is a very nice hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. The dining area similarly has open views of the ocean, giving a very calming atmosphere. The indoor pool is huge, with very nice tiles, one of the nicest that I have seen. The staff are very attentive and helpful. This was a very relaxed stay."

"Although this was more than walking distance from city of Ponta Delgada it still was close enough to drive, bus, etc. There were shopping and dining options in and near the hotel. Staff at front desk and bar were great, and we enjoyed it here for our last day before our flight, and drove to city after check out before we flew home in the afternoon."
