"Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings and carpets were pretty worn out. I only had one towel, hand towel and washcloth, which was OK because I was alone, but I'm not sure why a hotel would do that. Staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean. Shower had great water pressure, bed was OK and pillows were great. There was a lot of grass in the area to potty dogs, but a lot of litter. "It was a short, overnight stay while on a road trip. We got in fairly late (10:30pm) but check in was easy, the room the very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Slept well and enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Overall a great experience and would stay again"

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lima, an IHG Hotel

"The hotel is clean and well-run. The morning manager and the woman taking care of the breakfast bar were also really nice. My only mild complaint is that the EV chargers are only the Tesla type, and when I asked before booking the room if they had any of the universal J-1772 type, they did not understand the difference. (My car uses J-1772.) While it would have been nice to wake up to a full battery, I understand that this is all new to people who do not drive EVs, so I do not hold it against them. It would be helpful if the hotel web site and external travel booking sites (like Expedia) would provide this information so that EV drivers can factor charging opportunities into their decisions about where to stay."
