"The only fault i can say is that cleaners need to "dust" a lot more. The backboards to the bed, looking up to the ceiling, on lamp fixtures, bedside tables and entertainment units were quite dusty and dirt marks on ceiling. One of the air conditioning vents also need to be cleaned as well.So much so that I had to go and purchase a antihistamine for my daughter as it ser her allergies off and she got hives. Apart from that, EVERY member whether it be reservation desk, porters, maintenance and staff walking around the floor demonstrated staff demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service skills, were EXTREMELY polite, ALWAYS offered assistance, EXTREMELY accommodated and were EXTREMELY wonderful people to interact with. The Harvest Buffet particularly breakfast served EVERY kind of breakfast foods possible. The food was always fresh. Would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"I really like that we celebrated our engagement and they provided us a bottle of champagne and some mini desserts along with a card when we entered the room. They also offered us a high level with stunning private views of the Sydney harbour- the place was beautiful, cozy and luxurious at the same time. Only feedback would be wished they provide a couple free bottle of water. "
