"I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had. It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)"

"Yet older property, property had everything that we needed. Such as washer/dryer and kitchen. The hotel was within walking distance of everything. "

"The staff at Novotel Darling Harbour are excellent. We would like to specifically mention, Jacinta on reception, who helped make our 2 days in Sydney very fun."

"We had a great time. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Darling Harbour and close to Restaurants and public transport. The Hotel has a great charm about it and we couldnt have enjoyed our stay more."

"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline "
