"The staff were amazing except at the breakfast my sister was not well and needed to have her breakfast in the room but we were told it's not possible so she had to walk to the restaurant . which was very bad.. front desk staff was amazing and friendly and the housekeepers were also very nice and friendly .. "We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself! The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!"
