"On arrival the apartment was very very dirty, it was obvious it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time or rather not at all. The curtains in the main bedroom were hanging by only a few hooks. The dishes from the previous time was still in the dishwasher and clearly it was in there for a long time, even the dirt was growing. Toilet was broken(someone already used the toilet but it was broken so you guess what happened), shower was completely broken, no mosquito net, and no toiletries. No internet, didn't get breakfast. They charged $20USD for oneway pick up service which is more than their room charge. And when i complained to manager he was yelling at me for me to complaining so much. I can't believe you guys booked me this hotel. It was most horrible nightmare hotel ever...
