"We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself! The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!"

The rooms looked dated a bit and needed modernising the shower door was loose and water came out when showering also there nowhere to go outside of the hotel, was very quiet the time we were there but overall was nice hotel. "This was my second time at this facility. A mid-week stay was mostly quiet and the staff is great. But the rooms are getting a little dated and 2 1/2 days of no wifi was a big challenge. If my home plan did not have unlited data, I would have had a very difficult time traveling."

I stayed extra days due to business in Dar before departure to Mbeya. Friendly and helpful staff. Shopping for essentials nearby as well as English language church on Sunday. "This is the best place to stay in Dar if you are traveling alone as a solo female traveler.The place is convenient and clean.Near the airport and the Zanzibar ferry terminal.They are very intentional on security I felt so safe sleeping at this place as a young woman traveling alone.They also safely kept my bags when I went to Zanzibar until I came back.The staff are very polite and helpful.The place is really quite and yet it is in the middle of town .It gives you the ultimate rest environment.I...
