"our booking included free parking for Trucks and RVs, but even in our small 7 M RV we were rejected and forced to pay additional. Also, the WiFi did not work. Neither in the lobby, nor in the room during the entire stay. Manager was not interested to listen to our feedback and just confirmed that the information on Expedia was "wrong"."

"Tiny Village was the *perfect* spot to relax, while just a short boat ride away from the amazing city of Cartagena! The staff were so wonderful … everything was just perfect….from the food, to the lodging in my private casita, to all of the transportation and excursions they helped me arrange. "Beautiful property. It was our refuge each day. The pool was so nice and such a great break from all the vendors on the beach while still getting the ocean view. Our room was clean. It was perfect. My only advice is to stay away from Playa CastilloGrande. We got scammed by guys there giving us a ride to Tierra Bomba, particularly Playa Linda. Don't do it..no matter how nice they are when selling. You won't experience the samw niceness when they bring you back and ask for double or triple the money. Of course that's not related the hotel. Our stay there was spectacular. "

"We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. We loved having breakfast at the buffet, everything was delicious and Yulieth and Nimia always welcomed us with a great smile and was always a pleasure talking to them. We also have dinner at Kokau, everything was delicious as well. Our server Luis Miguel was amazing every recommendation he made was spot on. We have a great experience, we will be back soon!!"

"It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is nice "
