The vacation started rough with no blankets and calls at midnight waking everyone, to no available dinner reservations. That said, along came our savior….Alma! She was our Expedia person and she managed to fix everything from blankets, to dinner reservations etc. anything we needed she was there helping us figure it out. We added her on WhatsApp and she reached each day to make sure we had the best family vacation possible. It was so great we will be back next year with the whole broader family! Thank you Alma you made our family vacation one we will never forget. I really hope next year you’ll still be there and you can meet the broader family. Thank you Planet Hollywood for designing a wonderful hotel.

Amazing beach, great family atmosphere, great proximity to the amenities (bars and washrooms near all pools and gathering areas, well laid out.) Only minor issue was that room service doesn't clean the room everyday. However when we asked for service, it was provided promptly. A wonderful family vacation resort.

Understood! Here’s the revised version: We recently stayed at the Planet Hollywood Resort, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First, the check-in process was delayed, and we had to wait a long time to get our room. The service was terrible—over two days, we requested water for our room multiple times, but it was never delivered. There was no difference between the service we received and no service at all. The most troubling part of our stay was that some of our belongings went missing. A $100 USD bill disappeared, as well as a necklace with a valuable gemstone, and two champagne bottles that were meant for my husband’s and daughter’s birthdays. On our last night, when we were packing to leave, we discovered that some of our belongings had been tampered with, and the missing items were nowhere to be found. This lack of security and poor service made our stay extremely unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

If you have small children, consider a different resort. it’s a lot of walking around the resort. From the beach to buffet is about 10 min walk. Rooms are really far spread apart. Buffet is pretty good. Restaurants are always oversold. No food near the beach , you must go back to the main building, or pool cafe. The wait is long. Evening show is good. Rooms are ok. I would say this resort suitable for adults or families with older children.

This property is not 4 start quality. Run very poorly. Big lines. Poor quality food at buffet and restaurants. Selection at buffet is minimal in comparison to other resorts. Kids pool area, lazy river, and family pool were dirty. Family pool smelled like a homeless person. We were star class so used that pool which was cleaner but not heated as advertised. Beach was where we spent most of our time as this is the best highlight of this resort. Rooms are just so broken down. How in the world is this a new resort? This place puts on a good front. Looks grand and amazing. But in reality it is not, the RIU's i have been to are way better than this, its shocking. I was surprised.

I would rate this resort 3/5. It’s ok but nothing special….terrible food and limited bartenders/live chefs They just want you to buy more stuff. Won’t be going back
