"It had a spa area & workout area. Numerous swimming pools. Self-parking charge of $25 was ridiculous. I understand in a downtown area where parking is a premium. This area was in the suburbs; not necessary at all. Check was at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready & we weren't notified when it was ready. I had to go back to the front desk to finally find out it was ready... ☹️"
