"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. immediately found a mouldy ice cream lid behind the curtains, and the shower was so old and worn you couldn’t see how to work it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the place is so old and creaky you could hear every movement in the room above us. The bar area was really nice and it was great to find a

"Very conveniently located. Ample parking. Reception staff extremely helpful. One negative point. The shower cubical is slippery and unsafe. Shower controls are not user friendly. Much Water spills to the outside the tray wetting the floor heavily. A simple solution would be to fit a sliding curtain to contain the water spill. "
