Hotels with free parking in Cleveland, England

"I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"Interesting first stay at Grand Hotel Hartlepool i am sure once it was a very plush hotel but starting to look a bit tired these days most annoying was noisy plumbing which did wake me up sometimes but staff were all very friendly and moved me after problems with my tv and Internet "
