"Book a family room for three nights stay in this hotel. Overall, we are satisfied with this hotel. The room is reasonably spacious and clean. Room service makes up the room everyday. Breakfast is good with variety and can choose to dine at any one of three locations. However, the foods are the same for all three days. The parking location is at another building opposite the hotel. The link bridge between the hotel and the parking has stairs. Not friendly for luggage. There is a convenience store...

"Beautiful stay. Spacious room with a view of USJ park. Lovely separate bath shower, toilet and sink 👌working AC. Big bed. Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."

"Super easy checkin. No wait. Large room with a nice view and amenities. Right at the airport but I didn’t hear a single plane, car or other guest at all. Location made getting my JR Pass, IC card and money exchange a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel if arriving after dark like I did. I was able to get a good nights sleep and an early start on my Japan adventure. "

Amazing view, comfortable stay

"We stayed here for two nights while visiting Osaka, and it was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, with quick access to the train station and close proximity to Universal Studios Japan. They offer access to a morning onsen for 500 yen, which is a great deal, though it doesn’t provide the same luxurious experience as the full spa. You don’t change into traditional wear, and access to outdoor areas and some interior baths (which are being cleaned) is restricted, but everything else was still enjoyable and is more private than if it was open to the public for those who are a little uncomfortable with the idea of a public onsen. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurant is delicious, but the bakery and other stores don’t open until after checkout and close too early, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is reasonably priced, though you can't come and go, but with the city’s public transportation, this isn’t much of an issue. Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for those visiting the area!"

"Such an amazing hotel! The breakfast was amazing, the amenities, and we even had our own private outdoor tub area, which was so great after a long day out! So convenient and close to the station and park. Lots of dinner options right on city walk to USJ. Staff were helpful and very professional. Thank you for a great stay! "
