"Very convenient location - It's one block off of the main street in Chinatown and it's very close to the metro (~5 blocks). The heater works very well (which is important as it's winter and it's cold outside). There's only 2 showers on the women's floor, so there's the possibility of having to wait for a few minutes, but the showers are clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Good wifi."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

The only draw back is there are limited restaurants on Port Island, but they run a shuttle every 20mins for free to Sannomiya station - so really not an isssue. There is a nice convience store at the hotel for drinks, snacks, prepackaged meals, and toiletries. The shuttle also takes you to Shin-Kobe, which is a huge help.
