"Excellent staff. Top customer service, staff were so helpful. I wish I’d taken the name of the front desk guy that arranged our taxi. He then called our room to check we were happy. All very clean and comfortable. Bar staff were fantastic too. If I was being picky, I’d recommend wifi details to be in the room, I had to phone down to ask. And only one lot of regular tea bags, two lots woukd have been preferable. Other than that a fabulous hotel with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely thoughtful and professional employees. "

"Nice hotel. Really nice check-in staff. My only criticism is that the signage in front of the hotel is obscured. I arrived at night and and passed it three times. The signs to it, off the main road are small and do not stand out. Once you are in the motorway services car park, the hotel is to the left of you behind some trees and very difficult to see for a solo driver."

"Approxiamtely 14 minute walk from the nearest tube Barking. But you can pick up taxis which is a 5 minute drive. Reception service was quick and prompt. Room was compact but clean and tidy. Room soundproof. Although next to main road once window was closed very quiet. Had a good nights sleep. Continential breakfast is available and drinks obtained via reception."
