"Another wonderful evening at the Parkgate Hotel (even though it was not all for fun) We had an arranged early check-in from Richard, which was a huge blessing and very much appreciated as it was a busy weekend. We had a small plumbing issue in our room, but the staff worked quickly (as always) to have someone come look at the issue, and they were able to resolve the problem without any interruption. "I stayed for 3 nights to be close to the wales stadium, the location is fantastic you 5 minutes walk from the Cardiff bay which goes to city center in 4 minutes (queen street) and is 2.50gbp, the staff are very friendly and happy to help, also there are is Danish bakery 3 minutes walk from there. As well the mermaid quay which is there the restaurants are. Also did I mention the room has a jacuzzi! I didn’t try that breakfast but smelled amazing. "
