"My friend had just recently had replacement knee surgery, so she & my other friend asked about ADA toilets. The gentleman at the desk did what he could to accommodate us and found up an upgraded room for the trip - at no extra cost. The room was fab. Unfortunately, the toilets still weren't ADA, but at least the shower was good for her. (We did find ADA toilets in the swimming pool restroom. Honestly, hotels have to do better about this.
