"I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. "I was traveling during our recent snowy weather. The lady who checked me in was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous - she totally made me feel welcome! I was glad to see her again when she checked me out the next morning. The friendly staff also was a very nice part of my stay. Great team! The hotel and room was very clean and very comfortable. Many thanks to Comfort Inn & Suites for an exceptional experience!"

"The individual who checked me in was friendly, and easy going. There were even cookies available! The entire place was clean, aesthetic, and well kept, which are #1 criteria for me. The bathroom looked and smelled clean (but not overpowering), and the tub water was actually hot enough. The room windows were above average, which was extra nice; and the bed, bedding, pillows 'just right'. The general decor was clean, and well chosen colors and pieces. "The hotel appears recently renovated. It is clean, and the stuff were friendly. The continental breakfast is really good! The only negative thing, which of course is completely personal preference, is that the bed mattresses are very plush. So, sleep was not great for me. Other than that this hotel is great. "
