"I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall

"The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator since we had food to heat up after our concert. The shuttle driver that took us to Ameris amphitheater was friendly. On both ways to the concert and pick up we didn’t wait but a minute or two so that was great. I would stay here again if I was going to Ameris amphitheater this is the closest Hyatt Place to the venue. One thing that they could improve on is the speed of the elevators going down seem to take a while."
