We gotten a violation on our car when we brought valet our keys and the hotel blamed us after we told them where we parked our car and the valet guy said it was okay HORRIBLE SERVICE don’t stay here unless u want to get violation tickets

I think the property was not good and was surrounded by many homeless individuals, which made the area feel unsafe. The valet parking staff was too slow in delivering the car on time.

Compared to other Holiday Inn hotels , these are way smaller . Literally the room was sooo smalll it was like a shoe box, they charge you for valet parking and tell you call 20 minutes prior to coming down only to have you wait another 20-30 min for you car because they never went to get it in the first place. I don’t like it but I guess for the price it was okay. I have a family of 4 and 2 are 2 small children , it was a big inconvenience they had no room for anything.

This property was nice, walking distance to The State Farm Arena and the rooms were clean. The first young lady that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating because after check in, I realized I was checked into a room that was occupied by another guest. Walking in and seeing shoes and suitcases was scary and a complete shock. When I returned to the front desk immediately the new person that was there didn’t seem to first believe me nor was she really apologetic. She said well it says here it was cleaned by housekeeper. Being that I used to work in hospitality years ago, I asked was that checked/verified by an housekeeping manager? She stated “that’s done elsewhere” with housekeeping I’m assuming because she didn’t finish her statement it ended with elsewhere. I said well that was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for me the person could have been standing in their doorway doing God knows or coming towards me as if I was a threat opening their door. She wasn’t apologetic at all just stated “how you expect us to know if someone is in a room if the housekeepers say it’s ready” she just gave me a new room and sent me on my way. The new room was vacant and clean but that experience definitely rubbed me the wrong was and will affect my returning to this location in the future.

Customer service was great, location was central, and the property was just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns and I had lowered my expectations after reading some of the reviews for this location but it was great. I liked the layout of the room and there was a great selection at breakfast.
