"The property is an older property they are remodeling rooms, no elevators, they are 3 floors in each building , the steps are very small, difficult to maneuver. They did ask if we needed bottom floor but, i didn't know there wasn't an elevator. It is definitely a sales location, to get you to buy into Hilton. Not much else going on there. So very quite at night, but by 9am you could hear construction going on in the rooms. "

"The service in the restaurant was really bad. It took 3 tries of asking to get a Diet Pepsi and we had to wait a bit to get out tab . Food was ok. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms comfy, but wish they had tubs and not just shower. The service at the pool was much better than the restaurant ."

At this location specifically, I thought the front staff was amazing. They were hospitable, answered questions, made sure I got to my car safely due to my time of travel, assisted me with navigating the area and just above and beyond customer service. "
