"Great location in the heart of Old San Juan! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. We ended up having to submit the pre-registration form twice to get the check in code, but otherwise a smooth experience. There was a protest out front while we were there which was noisy, but not the property's fault. Would stay again. "

"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "

"The owners were nice and accessible. Questions were answered promptly. The apartment is a great use of space. 2 small bedrooms. Perfect for a family. Kitchen was nice. We cooked a lot. Just some small changes would be good. Ice cube trays and little amenities like shampoo,etc... the apartment has stairs, 21, up. "This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was worried about the openness of the floor plan but felt very safe during our stay. The beach is walking distance. There’s a kayak you’re free to use. My kids had a blast with it. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I will most definitely book this place again in the future. Only downfall is that there are tons of birds that are always looking for food. Keep your stuff put up. We learned the hard way. "
