"The island of palomino was great. The room we stood at could have been cleaner, the bathroom was a little dirty. There was also a HOT water shut down causing The water to be filthy in which we cleaned the tub and bathroom sink ourself THAT WAS 4 HRS ALONE. The refrigerator was not cooling our drinks that was also an issue . But overall stay was good, there is definitely room for improvements."

"We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned.
