I had no hot water access for the entirety of my stay. My room did not have a window, even though the listing pictures showed a room with windows. Room service did not tend to my room for three nights. The walls were thin and I could hear conversations from the next room clearly. The staff were helpful whenever they were present, but my stay in this place was not ideal. It was a Hostel more than a Hotel.

It wasnt a bad hotel but the 2 night my cell charger went missing then the next day a device went missing. Probably would've recommended it to someone else but at this point dont think I will.

Although the Hotel and staff were amazing, the area were is located is not as inviting as your stay at the hotel. At night it’s a different life style not something I can really appreciate as I was warned about the area by my uber driver. And the power went out due to the horrible power company in the island. But the stay in the hotel was great best sleep in a while. The staff/ manager is amazing. Most important the hotel and rooms are very clean

The hotel has been refurbished and pleasantly decorated. Looks fresh and clean. But too much reliance on technology for our tastes. There is no front desk staff. (They should make this clear in the listing.) The day before arrival they send you a message saying that on the afternoon of our arrival they will send you a code to get into the building and another code to get into your room. This is a royal pain if you are travelling internationally and trying to avoid roaming charges on your phone! If someone repeatedly enters the wrong code for their room, an alarm goes off that sounds like a fire alarm for the building. Bottom line, if you like doing everything with your phone, and minimal human contact, this is a great place.

I loved the safety of this property. You have to have the code to the front door and a code for your room which made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. They gave me a list of things to do nearby and the communication of staff was excellent! I would definitely be staying again!

We checked in late at night and we had pre-paid for the room. There was no electricity or running water during the entire duration of our stay. The hotel does not have a generator like most hotels in the area. The staff mentioned they could get us water to flush toilets, but that didn't happen so we had no ability to flush the entire stay. I asked for a partial refund when we left, and I was told by the staff that they would be happy to refund me for the stay. However, I never received any refund. I sent several email and called, but get no response to the emails and am only told to email when I talk to a staff member. Immediately outside the hotel were 2 tweakers yelling as we tried to move our belongs inside. Since there was no power, the hotel was open and the outside door did not lock. The only parking is street parking. We were able to park in front of the hotel.

This "hotel" would have been acceptable based on price as the rooms were clean. However, there is virtual staff. You have to email them to get response to things like "is there a blow dryer that I can use" We had no hot water our first day, no blow dryer, they say complimentary coffee, but there are no cups. The second and third day we had no power, therefore no water, and no one from the owners to the staff were savvy enough to have motion detected rechargeable lights that they could have put in the hallways, maybe in our bathrooms. The stairs into the property are very steep and once on the top floor there is a step up and they have yellow paint on the step up but you cant see it when its pitch black. The first morning we were without power, we were trapped in the hotel as the keyless front doors would not operate without power. We could have all perished should there have been a fire. . . There was no communication or effort from staff or ownership as to provide temporary lighting, a power pack in the "lobby" to charge phones, maybe bottled water. We stayed three nights and only one night had power and water to shower and flush toilets. The water to shower was not even room temperature water. I heard several other guests complain that they did not have any hot water for four days and didn't know how to contact staff to let them know. I would not recommend this hotel.
