before embarking on a family holiday in France with all our children and grandchildren . The hotel was beautiful the staff and service second to none. Friendly helpful nothing was to much trouble. We will come again and stay longer next time."

" Lovely hotel. So clean. Nicely styled outdoor seating area and swimming pool. Very efficient and friendly staff. One young male member of staff gave a recommendation of a local cocktail served at the hotel. It was very good. He also helped with explaining about the tickets for a train journey I had booked. The red decor of the room we stayed in was a bit oppressive but it didn’t spoil our stay: minor gripe. "

"Carcassonne was wonderful. real medieval feeling if you could use your imagination a bit to ignore the modernities. the owner, marie-france, was very nice and accommodating. croissants and bread in the morning were excellent. there is a fridge and tea and coffee were available. there were a few small problems. change of ownership since I booked in may. check in was 2 pm when I booked. 5 pm when I arrived. marie-france left something for me, but I thought it was a piece of paper acknowledging my...
