"The hotel butts up against the ocean so there are amazing views from the patio area and straddles two beaches. The room was lovely. We had a great view of the ocean from our windows and it was clean and comfortable. The king size room was large enough to comfortably spend time in it when we were ready for a break from the sun. The staff are amazing - accommodating and friendly. They make La Playita a truly special place. Easily walkable access to nearby dining and shopping via roads or beach....

There is a good sized closet and some storage nooks, but no drawers. "People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used)."
