"Al the staff was super friendly… & the plus is how clean everything is!"

"The room was spacious, clean. We requested an extra bed as the beds were very small and we were 3 adults. They said they cannot add another bed but after we insisted (a lot)on something being done to accommodate us they agreed to change our room to one with a king bed and a rollaway bed. We had to request the 2 drinks that were included. We did not get a room upgrade (the second room was not an upgrade). Breakfast was ok. Pool area was nice. We did not use the laundry room but it was nice to have the option to do laundry if needed. The area around the hotel is not the best but it’s ok, you can walk to restaurants and the beach is close. It is very noisy, lots of traffic. Some staff were nice some were aloof and not very helpful, but I guess that’s everywhere. Overall it was a nice place to stay. "

"The staff, the location and accessibility of the restaurants in the surrounding area made up for the lack of amenities. The pool was closed and the bar was closed. The cafe food downstairs was horrible but service was nice. Our room needed to be updated there was no fan in the bathroom and the decor was outdated with stains on the walls. Lightening was horrible. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay. Like I said the staff was chefs kiss and the location is great. They are literally located right on the beach. Overall a solid 7.5/10 "
