"Staff was very friendly. I got a room upgrade but did not get the double bed book that I booked, but they upgraded the room to a balcony room was very clean and neat. I will book again there. I just hope I get the reservation. I booked this time."

"Great location, easily accessible to downtown Monterey and short driving distance to Pacific Grove and Carmel. Lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance as well as wine tasting rooms. The hotel lounge is massive and has a restaurant that’s open throughout the day. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating."

"I had a huge room with comfortable beds, a comfy couch, and a table with chairs. There was also a beautiful bathroom. The location was great for a visit to Monterey."

"We absolutely loved the hotel and staff. It was wonderful to have all the shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel. Loved all the sea lions down on the beach. Food in the restaurants were also very good. I would Definitely recommend this hotel."
