"I thought it was good, wish there were more bartenders"

"We got “upgraded” to a pool room, which was nice but we did not ask for it and it ended up being an accessible room which I’m sure people that needed it would have appreciated but it made things harder for us (I’m aware how this sounds). Room was clean, but a little outdated. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. They did come and made the beds every day. But they would knock on your door at 7-8a to stock your refrigerator and definitely opened the door after the second knock even though it was very clear that the chance someone was in were very high! Food was good, great at times - but the staff were not tentative at all! I’m not asking for excellent service, but at least acknowledge that I asked for something, or like I’m not bothering you with my asks, which were VERY limited. I was surprised and very thrown off by that. This was the case at every bar, restaurant, and the buffet. It was very hard to book a reservation at the restaurants, even tho they were mostly empty, I get managing capacity. If you got a reservation and the hostess were to sit you it was the most awkward experience as they would just start walking in front of you and you were left confused about if you should follow them or not. I felt like it was safe in general. Their spa services were amazing. As if you stepped into a completely different world. Highly recommend. "

"The resort is starting to look a little tired. Lobby area showed signs of water damage and chairs were worn or stained in many cases. The food was mediocre at best with the restaurants being no better. "

"The staff were very friendly and the lobby was beautiful. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom was below expectations. The toilet clogged multiple times on the first day, even with minimal use, and we were told not to throw toilet paper into the toilet. Additionally, the rain shower head did not spray water straight, and the shower head was rusty. We spent $650 per night but interior feels less luxury especially the bathroom. "

"The hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and the resort was in excellent condition. They couldn’t do enough for you and free food was great with plenty of variety at the buffet and the a ka carte restaurants were also great. We have had a wonderful time"

"Very clean property and attentive staff. Room mini bar was stocked daily with free water bottles and beverages. Food was very good and better than other inclusive resort foods but the only option for breakfast and lunch was at the buffet. One of the buffets was only open to privilege guests so not much options of food during the day. Also staff were a bit pushy with the “courtesy gifts”. However, resort was beautiful and I would recommend."
