Staff here is very helpful and friendly. The resort is pretty clean for the most part, although I feel that housekeeping can do a better job cleaning. The food options were great, and the buffet was our go to place for breakfast and lunch. The one thing I can complain about this resort has to be the smell of the sea. We booked an oceanfront room which had a beautiful view, but the smell of rotten eggs was pretty bad.

The resort credit is only for a small area of choices in the store. It was difficult to book the spa through the app. Room service was excellent- very timely and good. Buffet not good- enjoyed Trattoria and Pier 8 and cafe. Moon Palace should communicate clearly on website when beach has no access due to horrible seaweed.
