I arrived to the maya train, i called the hotel to pick me and family up, they just instructed me to go to the airport, and they were the one who told me that there was a free bus from the train to the airport, (at the train stations no one helped me to try to figure the way, the taxi drivers were trying to rip us off taking us to our hotel and the lady in there who works for the maya train wouldn't give us any advice) once I was there in the Terminal 2 (like I said before, the shuttle hotel told us about the free shuttle from maya train to airport) they pick us up in no time.! It was great! Check in was fast, the hotel was very clean, modernized, free continental breakfast, i schedule the shuttle back to the airport, it was awesome, I recommend!

This place is very quiet and at a walkable distance to the shopping mall in the area. The environment is very beautiful and their staff are friendly. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys quietness during their vacation. You could book your event from a nearby Hotel called Avani hotel and the transportation will be provided for you to go and come back to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.

Old, dated, musty and moldy. I’ve stayed on the other side a few times, but the City Express Plus side seems more rundown. Breakfast included, but not the hot buffet breakfast items. Helpful to be informed of that BEFORE visiting the breakfast bar. Both sides of the hotel always REFUSE to let you check in even 15 minutes before 3 pm, that behavior seems unnecessary.

One of my worse experiences the rooms smells really bad no TV no that worked I had rot change rooms a few times the breakfast that’s included we had pay extra if we wanted something hot otherwise all cold and some hard croissants or muffins

It id close to the airport, staff really friendly. Room nice and convenient. Halls floors need maintenance. There were some repairs going on the lobby and was terribly noise. Other than that, was ok. I would stay here again.
