"This is a beautiful hotel, which I have stayed in before. Unfortunately on my arrival I slipped and fell pretty badly on the pavement outside the hotel. The staff were so lovely and kind - they rushed outside to help me, and to make sure I was ok. They then upgraded me to a suite, and made sure to check in on me on the days that followed. Thanks to all the staff for your concern and kindness, and for making me feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tampa."

"They are doing some much needed remodeling - heavy paint smell in room all nite, & unfinished board under sink, but OK. Thing that aggravated me most, they ask to do online check-in, which I did, so you have to enter CC info & copy of DL, but upon arrival, they ask for both of these again - hate stuff like that. Then upon completing ck in, there was nowhere on there that gives address, or which hotel & I did not have it stored. Tried calling a couple, but they were no help."

"Had no issues. I think on record the fastest hotel check in. NO B.S. everything I needed they had. Very prompt. The shower head was broken, I told front desk and less than a minute they were there looking at it. They seem to be always working to improve stuff while I was there. "
