"This was our second stay. We stayed in the suite that has huge bedroom with two king size beds, and living room with kitchenette. Rooms are a little dusty and outdated, but very spacious. Pool area is gorgeous, well maintained and clean. It was the main reason we have returned. Pools never felt too crowded. They have some weird rules about towels (you need to bring towels to the front desk to exchange, and you suppose to use same towels for the pool and in the room). There's a restaurant on site. "

"I've stayed here twice in the past two months and loved both times. I did prefer the Family King (with a small deck out front and only sharing one wall with the neighboring unit) over the Economy Queen (one basic room in a bigger building with multiple units). But both options offer everything I needed as someone who visits Idyllwild solely for the hikes: A comfortable bed, a mini-fridge and microwave, a bathroom with a decent shower, and most importantly, some peace and quiet away from the main part of town. I found both rooms to be clean enough and well stocked/supplied. I really like that the floors are not carpet. The whole property is extremely pet friendly, which is bonus +100 points. I didn't really need any of the additional amenities, like the fire pits or the sports courts, but I saw people make great use of them. Didn't eat at the restaurant either, but there were people."
