7 Springs Inn & Suites
The a/c was great, the big hot tub was hot, staff was friendly and helpful. One of mattresses was a tad concave and lumpy, other than that, it was very nice. Would stay there again.

Palm Springs Tennis Club
The staff at the reception desk was a bit “snooty” for my taste. They cater to the very wealthy I’m sure, but that doesn’t excuse them from friendly and courteous verbal communication skills with all guests. If they were in fact trying, they really need to try harder.
