"Everything and I mean everything was phenomenal. Apart from our room flooding/leaking from the ac vent in the bathroom with water on multiple occasions, although they were there right away to “fix” the problem. Regardless everything else fully exceeded expectations "

"Food was amazing. Didn’t eat the raw seafood. Both my aunt and her friend got sick from eating that. But they loved all the other food and hadn’t gotten sick till they ate that. The service is impeccable. I would say check in and check out could be more efficient. It’s veryyyy slow and that required patience that I was struggling with. But overall the service, the location, the rooms, everything was beautiful. "
