"First time staying here . We slept here for nights. We went to universal studios for my sons birthday weekend this hotel is definitely a close and convenient location wife and kids loved this place the guest service was awesome staff was great definitely a great and peaceful location. Only down fall was the jacuzzi was out of service so we were kinda bummed out about it. But we definitely will back.. loved this place. "

"The service was great. Staff was so nice. It was just an older building without many upgrades. A little dated. The shower pipes are incredibly noisy and i was afraid the would burst thru the wall. It was fine for a last minite place to stay but not great if youre going to spend time in the room. "

"It's not the most customer-centric hotel I've enjoyed checking into. The same goes for finding particularly helpful when it came to breakfast. The "cafe" was inattentive and was not worth the wait wondering when I would be served. The good thing is that there were plenty of options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "
