Everything was great, the only issue that I ran into is at the check in, it’s late at night and there was no one at the front desk, there was a sign says someone will come back 5-10 min, we waited 20 mins it was a long day and we’re all tired, we didn’t expect to wait that long but after the front desk showed up everything went smoothly and we were able to get some rest for the next day. Also you need to pay for parking it’s not free.

Busy road with noise from flowing traffic. Neighbourhood also feels bit unsafe. Room was good

There was a boarded up restaurant in the parking lot. The whole area was rundown. I suppose once you were inside you could be safe. The check in area was behind bulletproof glass. I can’t imagine the rental car was going to be there in the morning. I don’t know how you are giving it 4 stars. We could not stay out of fear for our lives.

The property felt safe, rooms were clean, environment was quiet and staff was friendly. My vehicle safety was of utmost importance to me so the cameras really made me feel safe. I am coming back next week because it feels like a home away from home especially because I travel so much for work.
