"Staff were very friendly, it was really welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy but the only downside was the pillows were very uncomfortable, they were very lumpy and hard (even the soft ones, what filling there was had formed lumps). "

"Hired a meeting room and booked 5 rooms with breakfast, some confusion over booking but all resolved smoothly and apologised. Food was excellent, as was the service. Will definitely use again. "

"It was a lovely hospital. Sadly our heating didnt work but the receptionists was so lovely she managed to provide us with extra duvet. Marcos restaurant was do lovely. Staff were so nice."

"Hotel lovely and great position for exploring. Car park 12 per day which I hadn’t read in reviews. Limited free parking voucher from hotel but very few spaces.. and a number of parking tickets given out when we were there. Room 33 clean and size adequate. Bed ver comfortable.. only concern was that it was very noisy from all I can presume was some heating vents in the ceiling . Breakfasts were outstanding with lots of choice and staff all lovely and welcoming "
