When I arrived at midnight, very tired, Adeem who was on reception greeted me with a big smile, was very welcoming and efficient. Also the gentleman who was on the bar was also ver accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

As it was just for one night before my flight was really comfy and lux I would say. Even down to the KitKat nice with a cuppa. Staff really friendly I enjoyed chatting with them. And the good was good .also the shuttle bus back to the airport so handy . I would definitely stay again when flying from Bristol

Definitely would stay again!

Check in at about 8pm very welcoming, went to our room then decided to go down to the bar for a drink which was very pleasant, left early due to a flight but altogether a lovely stay!

Had a brilliant 1 night stay at this hotel. Its been recently done up, and is lovely. Very welcoming, staff were warm & helpful, room was comfortable, clean and had nice little extras like biscuits with the tea and coffee. Had a great nights sleep on the comfy bed, no disturbances. Staff was amazing. Our room was unbearably hot as air conditioning wasn't working. They brought us a portable ac unit and a fan. It helped a little but unfortunately not much. We didn't sleep well either night. But we would stay again if the ac is working!
