"The staff were friendly and showed us to our room. I believe there were only stairs to each floor. The rooms were a little dated. The bed was quite hard if that's something you prefer. I also had a little trouble with the temperature in the shower in the mornings (it wouldn't stay at one temperature). For the money it's ok and it's in the good location for boscombe and the beach but not sure I would stay there again."

"Check in fast and friendly. Plenty of car parking but hotel was not full. Room was ok for the price. Bed comfortable. Noise from other rooms was quite loud so no lay in. Breakfast is at a pub across the road which we liked as there is a 8 till 12 period. Would stay again if the price is right."

"Lovely place to stay the only thing is the parking if you come back late at night there’s nowhere to park. We had to park a bit far only because at the front of the property there’s was a car that took two spaces. It happened on both nights. Other than that a very good stay "

"We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings. There were a few minor down points, no broom which was much needed also no mop and when you have a mostly open shower it makes a difference, the bed...
