"Complicated to navigate around to and from the room. The check in process was ridiculous without human assistance. The one restaurant that’s not fast food is beyond expensive. Minimal amenities in the rooms, no staff found to ask for more. "

"The resort is beautiful and has a lot to offer. The staff was excellent but a couple were less informed about the amenities or facilities. My single biggest complaint was no coffee maker for the room. This took away my preferred way to start my day, instead I had to shower, dress and go out to get coffee. I was told I could order room service for coffee, no room service offering in the room and they didnt answer when called. It may sound picky but this really took away from my enjoyment."

"Wonderful and quiet. Far enough away from the loud hustle and bustle of the late parties. Great for newlyweds, older folks, and persons with young children. Only downside was there is no ventilation in the in suite bathroom and the toilet area is enclosed causing stagnant air. Leaving the heavy toilet room door open fixed this issue. Hence my 3 stars. "
