"Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍"

"Chris the owner was so lovely, he greated me on arrival. (He even offered me early check in the day before via text) He explained everything and asked for my breakfast preferences, I explained that I am a vegetarian and he offered cooked vegetarian alternatives. The breakfasts both morning were cooked fresh with a pot of tea and cool orange juice. I finished the plate both mornings. 10/10. Chris carried my suitcase to the room and showed me my room. "Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel"
