"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "

"We were a group of soul music fans on a get together to take in the northern soul weekend at the tower ballroom. We have stayed at the " fairway" a few times before, it is clean, tidy,easy accessable and you always feel welcome, we will be booking again next year. Those needing a "secure car park" we use the park on Charnley road, £15 for 72 hours (November 2021)"

"Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel"

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel up and down the country for football, have stayed in many hotels, good, bad average, but this is by far the worst yet. The reception room/bar area was a disgrace, rubbish everywhere, food all over the floor, just a dumping ground with a leaking ceiling. "Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. It had everything that was needed for our stay such as utensils, pots and pans etc. The rooms are much bigger than the photos make you believe so were delighted when we arrived.
