"small friendly hotel in heart of Downtown Batumi...but just 5 minutes walk from Dolphinarium and Beach promenade. Good staff.. nice room, cosy with all that is listed on the booking site. including robes, slippers and toiletries. bed was comfortable and room had a balcony also. smoke free with good TV channels. best is the location for downtown area and great value for money. Provided all the amenities you get at a 4 star international hotel for a 3rd of the price!"

"Good location but not worth it for amount of money spent. Rip off.. Food is not good. So i recommend not to get all inclusive package. Odor in halways and central area. Need cosmetic work. Need new manager possibly and interior designer. Its not upto standards of 5 stars"

The staff were excellent and very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very tasty, and we were located only a short distance from the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice vacation to the Black Sea."
