"This place has a lot of charm. It is about a 20 min walk to the nearest metro station and very close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as a pretty decent grocery/convenience store, as well as an amazing home cooked Georgian restaurant. We did find most of our tours started on the other side of the river so something to be aware of if you have to travel to meet up with your tour groups and are not getting picked up. "Place used to be good. Smells it's been closed for long /kinda dirty in many parts and smelly. Wifi too weak in the rooms. You might not get the signal for most of the stay I saw the Sheets not changed only blankets and covers are being changed to washed ones. I don't understand how this place continues to work in these conditions. They take extra fees if you use card "
