"Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. "A Unique location and property. We stayed in the largest suite which sadly has been decorated rather oddly (leather sofas and a giant chandelier that belongs in a beach resort in Tulum not in an ancient Georgian castle) The second bed in the suite was lumpy and uncomfortable. However the staff was polite, the pool unique and the location/ambiance was incredible. Just for the experience of staying in a hotel that old, I would recommend it. "

"Never make a booking from this account. You will not meet the owner of the room, he will tell you to cancel your reservation and rebook with a higher price again. This happenned on 11th April 2024. Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. He never came because he knew last minute cancellation will make him get the money and he has already booked the...

"Everything was as advertised - clean, spacious, nicely appointed apartment at the center of Tbilisi. Ceilings are 4 meters or so. Staff communicates efficiently via whatsapp. For example, you can order cleaning service for a specific time (or decline it altogether). The cleaning lady was kind enough to do my laundry for free. Overall - go for it."

"This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"

"The studio apartment is very comfortable and well located in a quiet courtyard off of a popular street. It was possible to walk to many great places in Tbilisi. I particularly appreciated the bed, which was comfortable. "

"This is by far the most fabulous hotel I’ve ever stayed in — it’s gorgeous, comfortable, so beautifully anointed, and totally quite unique aesthetically. The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. I also requested a late checkout given my flight time and they immediately said it wasn’t a problem. I hope to go back!"
