"Never make a booking from this account. You will not meet the owner of the room, he will tell you to cancel your reservation and rebook with a higher price again. This happenned on 11th April 2024. Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. "This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"

"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Apartment includes washing machine, kitchenette and fridge. Though it was no soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponge. The view from balcony is amazing. At the same time the property definitely needs to be remodeled, there is mold and dirt in every corner of bathroom "
