"Our first room was a fair distance underground with no views in a modern building which could only be accessed through spa reception. Very odd considering we booked to stay in a castle. Changed rooms for a price to main castle. Grand room with 4 poster but on closer inspection carpet was full of holes. Dead insect on bed. No coffee machine. No minibar. Old and tired decor.
