"Excellent hotel and location. Elevators can be a bit slow though and no mention of paid parking on Hotels.com page and yes charged for paid parking and lot was never even half full...otherwise Excellent!!"

"From the day we arrived they failed to provide us with basic comforts like sheets, towels and soap. The next day our shower door malfunctioned and we had to request a fix. We realize the second day that the TV didn’t operate properly and had no capabilities for streaming services. The maintenance man told his it had been previously reported as broken but the manager didn’t care. The A/C would not stay on. The next day the power went out. They gave us a credit for the restaurant but when we tried to use it, we were told they had closed early. Too slow to keep open that evening. The next day the ice machines were all out of ice. When we complained about all the problem they just said, oh sorry? Horrible customer service. "

"I love how professional the staff were. The only downside for me was there was a door in my room which may connect to the other room. Ofc, it has a locked and all but other than that all was good. Enjoy the stay very much. "

"Good rooms and filling free breakfast. Lobby and hotel restaurant bar are nice. Pool and outdoor lounge area is fantastic. Excellent chicago style pizza, and Thai food restaurants, as well as multiple food trucks near by. Coin-op laundry mat just around corner. Stayed 8+ days altogether. "
