"Sheets from each room were laying outside of the room for most of the day, rooms were clean but hallways were piles of laundry. Staff were not incredibly knowledgeable of the area, when asked about options in the area for pizza they had no idea, just seemed odd to not know that basic information. To top it all off woke up to one of the windows on my truck smashed. There were no other vehicles that way so am assuming it was a post baseball angry fan or something but definitely didn’t help win me over for the hotel. "

"It is a nice hotel near to Gateway Arch (1 min walk), the only confuse is to parking. Just get in to the garage and go directly to level 2 (green area), then take to elavator for check in. Parking is extra 40usd per day."

"My family stayed in an arch facing room, and unlike other reviewers we didn’t notice any excessive road noise coming from the interstate. We were staying on the 12th floor, and the hallway was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully, our room A/C was operational, but seemed to struggle. Check-in was quick and polite, but getting from the lobby to the parking garage is a challenge. Traffic directional flow is not marked very well. Breakfast was excellent, amenities were great as well, and my family had a great experience at the pool. I would enjoy staying here again in the future."
